An order is considered successfully placed after the order confirmation has been generated.

Hifyan aims to deliver orders within 12 days from order confirmation.

Hifyan does not accept returns and generally does not provide refunds. All purchases are considered final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, personal preference, or similar reasons.

However, a replacement may be offered in specific cases, including:

The product arrives damaged.
The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
The customer receives an incorrect product.
The product is missing essential components, where applicable.

Customers must contact marketyloom@gmail.com with their order number and clear photographs or videos of the issue. Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Hifyan.
